Inspection before release
All machined components are inspected before being released for delivery. Matrix Precision carries this out within a purpose-built inspection area using CMM equipment and a range of calibrated measuring tools.
The company has invested in Inspect2CAD software to enhance reporting and surface measurement capability.

Inspection reports and calibration
Inspection requirements vary by customer and sector. Matrix can carry out standard inspection checks or produce more detailed reports where required.
Inspection and workshop measuring equipment is calibrated through a metrology provider to UKAS-accredited standards, with individual equipment serial numbers and certificates maintained.
